ChatDesk by FX SAM provides website chatbot, AI answers, live chat, team tools, reporting, storage usage and billing features. Users must use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
Accounts and access
Businesss are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials, managing their users and ensuring only authorized staff access their admin panel.
Customer chat content
Businesss are responsible for the content they collect, upload, train and send through the platform. The platform should not be used for illegal, harmful or abusive activity.
Plans, billing and upgrades
Plans may define websites, agents, AI replies, storage limits, channels and branding options. Upgrades may be processed by Stripe or manual payment approval where available.
Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but maintenance, third-party service issues or infrastructure problems may affect availability from time to time.
